Timeline:

2012 – Bear World Magazine launches as a monthly PDF magazine

2014 – Bear World Magazine realigns for a digital age and becomes an online daily news website attracting 30,000 readers per month

2016 – Under new Editor, Bear World Magazine sees increase in readership to 100,000 readers per month

2017 – Bear World Media launches as parent company and launches Bear World TV with a viewership potential of six million viewers through partnership with REVRY

Bear World Media drives brand awareness by partnering with several bear events, REVRY and Edge Media Network.

Bear World Magazine now serving 1 million ad impressions per month, with key advertising customers in fashion, travel, events and luxury products.

Bear World Media recognized as the authority on the bear community by CMI and LGBT Week NYC – CEO invited to speak at latter’s 2017 conference on bear community.

Richard Jones – CEO

Richard has worked for the last five years to get Bear World Magazine and Bear World Media to this point. He is the face of the business and will go on to be the creative driving force as we grow.

Robin Gray – Editorial Director

Robin is the current Editor of Bear World Magazine having taken on the role two years ago and has been responsible for its successful increase in readership. As Editorial Director he has oversight across the whole Bear World Media portfolio ensuring consistency of story and vision.

Peter Delocis – Head of TV Development

Peter is new in post and will work alongside the CEO as new shows are put into production and new content is licensed. He has a background in theater, performance, improv and arts administration.
